Dr. Cao graduated from Anhui Medical University, China and Ph.D was in the University of Newcastle, Australia. Dr. Cao was trained in Residency Programs in the Mount Sinai Hospital, NY and the University of Maryland Medical Center, MD. Dr. Cao was Assistant Professor in Mount Sinai Medical School, NY and Associate Professor in University of Maryland School of Medicine, MD. DR. Cao received national and international academic awards and more than 80 publications and books
